California Consumer Privacy Act

The CCPA gives California residents certain privacy rights with respect to some of the personal information we collect.

Access - A request that CAIC disclose certain personal information that it has collected about you.

Delete - A request that CAIC delete personal information that is has collected and retained about you, subject to certain exceptions.

Opt Out of Sell or Share - A request that CAIC record your preference to not share your personal information with third parties or use your personal information for certain behavioral advertising.

Correction - A request for CAIC to correct inaccurate personal information that it maintains about you.

Limit Sensitive Personal Information - A request that CAIC record your preference to limit the use and disclosure of certain sensitive personal information about you to the performance of certain services.
